Transmission

Twice I had to replace the gearbox synchronizers. According to the mechanic, I'm changing gears too brutally. Is this the cause?

Manual transmission requires not so much slow, what smooth gear changes. By inserting the gear, we need to give the synchronizer a fraction of a second to equalize the rotational speed of the gears and mesh them without grinding. You also need to remember about full decoupling. There are crates more susceptible to damage, but brutal use can quickly cause a breakdown.
